Caterers: You will need to choose a caterer from our approved caterer list. We can highly recommend all of our approved catering companies. They are all dedicated to providing excellent hospitality at Oaks Farm and will ensure your wedding day runs perfectly. You will need to contact your chosen catering company and arrange to meet them to discuss in depth the catering for your Big Day. They will be delighted to provide you with good accurate pricing with no hidden costs.

Other Suppliers: We do have a list of other suppliers who have regularly worked at Oaks Farm in the past and been recommended by couples, but if you have another in mind you are more than welcome to use them.

The total number of guests for the day must not exceed 100. The total number of guests for the evening must not exceed 150.

No.

Yes you can have you civil ceremony outside in the summer months, under our wisteria covered arbor.

Yes they can.

Unfortunately you are unable to have fireworks but sparklers are absolutely fine.

Yes you can but the total numbers must not exceed 150.

Yes.

Yes there is. You can exclusively use The Orchard Cottage to get ready for your special day.

You can decorate the beams in the Barn and Orangery but not in the Ceremony Room due to the up lighters.

Oaks Farm works with three catering companies who have been hand-selected to provide a range of quality menus to suit every wedding. They work closely with our clients to design their wedding breakfasts, and any other food and drink requirements on the day. You can provide your own drinks before dinner and at the dinner table with no corkage fee. All evening drinks, however, are provided by The Orchard Bar Company.

Yes.

If you wish to book Oaks Farm, please telephone us and we will pencil in your provisional booking, if the date has not already been taken. We will ask you to complete a Booking Form. This must be completed and returned to us, together with the deposit, within 2 weeks of your provisional booking. If we do not receive the booking form and deposit within the 2 week period, then the date will be released. If there is a good reason why you cannot meet this time limit then please let us know and we may be able to extend it.

To confirm your booking you will need to pay a deposit equal to 50% of the venue cost. The final instalment for the venue is due 2 months before your wedding date.
