THE BIG DAY
We have vast experience of holding wedding ceremonies, civil partnerships, blessings and vow renewals for the last 20 years, and understand how important our supportive role is to you. Our team will be with you every step of the way to create your unforgettable day.
On the day itself, your wedding party is welcome to arrive from 8am onwards to start preparations. The Oaks Farm team will be on hand constantly to help with setting up the venue for your personally tailored day. The entire venue will be available to you until 11.30pm.
CEREMONIES
Your commitment to each other is the most important part of the day so whether your ceremony takes place inside at the Stables or outside under our wisteria covered arbour, we will do everything to make it a truly memorable occasion.
DRINKS RECEPTION
Drinks receptions can take place in the cottage gardens during the warmer months, and in the Orangery and surrounding terrace at all other times. Wedding guests can mingle here whilst being served drinks and canapés by the selected catering team.
THE WEDDING BREAKFAST
Our traditional Barn provides an intimate atmosphere for your wedding breakfast and can host up to 100 guests. For smaller weddings the Orangery provides a light and airy alternative, with views of our cottage gardens. We offer a selection of independent caterers who provide a diverse choice of dining experiences to suit you and your guests.
EVENING RECEPTION
The Barn is transformed for the evening entertainment so you and your guests can dance the night away, with plenty of seating for those with weary feet. A wide range of delicious evening food is available, while The Orchard Bar Company will ensure that the drinks continue to flow.
Prices
There’s no event sharing when booking with Oaks Farm. You will have exclusive access to the venue, which includes the Stable, Barn, Orangery, Orchard Cottage and gardens. They are all inclusive in our fee with no hidden add-ons.
